Ignition provide a comprehensive licence checking system, automatically checking all aspects of your driver’s endorsement history and entitlement to drive.
Licence checking is stand alone or fully integrated into our driver risk assessment system bringing together all the aspects of fleet risk into one modern management system. The system makes DVLA licence checking seamless and reduces the need for clients to maintain multiple employee databases.
The system provides “e-consent” where drivers electronically sign DVLA declarations, alternatively paper declarations can be emailed to our data processing centre.
The system incorporates all the data available from the DVLA in a driver profile and sends a range of alerts to managers to highlight drivers with endorsements, licence entitlements expiring, disqualified drivers etc.
CPC and Tachograph information is also available within the system.
